Soon I'll be blogging all the great family sessions from this fall's busy season,
but for now I want to blog my last wedding of the season.
And not only was it my last wedding, but it was a fall wedding (my fave)
and it was the wedding of two sweet friends.

James was actually our neighbor for years.
We've had countless dinners,
he's fixed numerous things around my house,
he used to work out with my husband every day.

We are thrilled that he has married such a wonderful woman like Ashley.

This is Ashley's mom.  I adore her.
She reminds me a lot of my mom.
And she even gave me a hug when I told her so.  :)

A little note on the fridge of a list of reasons she couldn't wait to marry James.

Her bridesmaids surprised her with a scrapbook of photos of them together through the years.

They were having a laugh at how long she was having to stand there holding up the top of the dress.
Let's just say there was a bit of a learning curve to getting that thing laced!

Ashley had been writing letters to her husband for almost a decade before she met James.

At the end of the night, they were going to have a sparkler exit, but most of the guest had already left by the time
Ashley and James were ready to leave.
I asked if they would give me five minutes to do something awesome.
